Madonna set for Rock Hall of Fame
Madonna is to be inducted into the Rock-and-roll and Rock Hall of Fame next twelvemonth.
Hoarding reports that she will join gent inductees John the Divine Mellencamp, Dutch Leonard Cohen, the Ventures and the Dave Clark Five-spot for the 2008 ceremony, which will be held on 10 March at Fresh York's Waldorf Astoria hotel.
Artists become eligible for generalisation into the Rock and Roll Hall of Celebrity 25 years after the dismission of their debut ace or album.
Madonna's freshly album is due out next spring.
